Mr. Holthe became a manager and chairman of the management committee of Sound Surgical Technologies in June 2006.
He is president and a general partner of Inlign Capital Partners. Before joining Inlign in 2004, he was president of retail marketing with Conoco Phillips Corporation and president and CEO of its subsidiary, The Circle K Corporation. Mr. Holthe held various positions with Circle K from 1993 and was involved in numerous public and private company mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings of lease and financial arrangements. Circle K operated 2,500 retail convenience stores in 37 states and had national and international franchises of an additional 3,000 stores. The company had over $4 billion in revenue and 21,000 employees.
From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Holthe was a certified public accountant and a manager with Arthur Andersen & Company's audit and corporate recovery service group, where his primary focus was on bankruptcy and business workout consulting.
Mr. Holthe holds a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University.
David E. Goodman, M.D.

Dr. Goodman currently serves as president and CEO of SEDLine, Inc., a pioneering manufacturer of brain function monitoring systems and related technologies. SEDLine, Inc., is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Masimo Corporation, a leading medical technology company in non-invasive patient monitoring. Previously, he served as executive vice president, business development at Masimo from September 2008 through December 2009.
He also has served as a director of NEUROMetrix, a medical device company providing systems for point-of-care neurodiagnostic testing since 2004.
From 2004 to 2008, Dr. Goodman was a principal in 0 to 1 Solutions, a firm providing consulting and business development services to life sciences clients in areas such as new market identification, regulatory compliance, clinical trial design, clinical investigation, and new product and business development.
From 2005 to 2006, Dr. Goodman also served as president and CEO of BaroSense, Inc., a venture-backed startup in the area of minimally invasive implanted devices for the treatment of obesity.
Prior to that time, he served as president and CEO of Pherin Pharmaceuticals; founding CEO and chief medical officer of LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc.; founding CEO of Aradigm, Inc.; and director of special projects and manager, biomedical engineering for Nellcor, Inc., a Tyco subsidiary.
Dr. Goodman holds a B.A.S. and an M.S.E. in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.D., cum laude from Harvard Medical School.
Kelly J. McCrann

Mr. McCrann served as chairman and chief executive officer of Xcorporeal, Inc., a medical device company in the field of portable hemo-dialysis, from 2008 to 2010. From 2007 to 2008, he was president of the dental group of HealthMarkets, Inc. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. McCrann was Senior Vice President of DaVita, Inc., a major provider of kidney dialysis. From 2004 to 2006, he served as president and CEO of PacifiCare Dental and Vision, Inc., a subsidiary of PacifiCare Health Services, Inc.
Prior to that time, Mr. McCrann served as operating partner of Bessemer Venture Partners, responsible for its healthcare portfolio; as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Professional Dental Associates, Inc.; in various executive positions in the medical device and health care industry; as senior engagement manager for McKinsey & Company; and senior engagement manager for KPMG. He has served as a Coro Foundation fellow and is a director of Loma Linda University Medical Center, Nationwide Solar Power, Inc., FemPartners, Inc., and Xcorporeal, Inc.
Mr. McCrann holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
David E. Reese

Mr. Reese is a partner in Inlign Capital Partners and is general partner of RHYS Limited Partnership, Paradise Valley, AZ.
Previously, he served on the board of directors of Fifth Third Bancorp, Cincinnati, OH, and as chairman of State Savings Company, Columbus, Ohio; State Savings Bank, F.S.B., Scottsdale, Arizona; Sundance Broadcasting, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona; and Sundance Broadcasting of Idaho, Inc. He currently serves as a director of the Heard Museum and the Valley of the Sun United Way Foundation, both in Phoenix.
Mr. Reese holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
